Update May 10, 2020 – COVID-19

  • The Peruvian government proactively closed the country's borders in a state of emergency declaration from March 16 to May 24. We are looking forward to any changes to this and will share it as soon as we report.
  • Airlines operating in Peru: Latam, Sky Airlines and Viva Air are allowing travelers to cancel or change their ticket dates without any change in fares, due to COVID-19. Travelers have one year to re-book the ticket, to travel at any time.
  • The COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed the world. Tourism has been the most affected of all economic sectors, and in many places the most vulnerable members of society will suffer the most. In a framework of exacerbated uncertainty, having updated and reliable information is more important than ever, both for tourists and for the sector.

My trip has been suspended, What happens?

If you have booked a tour scheduled to depart between March 16, 2020 and May 24, 2020, you will be provided with a future travel credit, with which you can postpone your trip until December 2021 or request a refund discounting administrative costs.

My trip is beyond the suspension date, What happens?

If your tour is scheduled to depart from June 01 onwards, you can change your later departure date free of charge, until December 2021 or receive a future travel credit.

POLICIES COVID-19 Peru VIP Luxury Travel

  • All trips are suspended until July 31, 2020, the safety and well-being of our travelers and
    staff is our priority.
  • Departures from August 1 to December 31, 2020, as the news continues to unfold, we hope to have a clearer understanding of whether we will be able to operate your tour. If you prefer not to wait, you can convert your reservation into a Future Travel Credit or cancel your trip.
  • You will be able to modify your travel date without any change in the rates, due to COVID-19. Travelers have until December 2021 to re-book their trip at any time.
  • For those with airline tickets, you have the option of keeping your ticket open for future use (according to your airlines rules) or canceling your ticket (with airline fares).
  • Cancellations will proceed only for reservations made in 2020 affected by the Covid-19 excluding Administrative expenses, non-refundable (US $ 200 per person).

RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE TRAVELING

  • Check the entry restrictions that may apply to all countries you plan to visit, especially if you have recently traveled through a COVID-19 affected country.
  • Before traveling, check with your national health authority and check the guidelines.
  • Consider taking travel insurance that Covid-19 covers. If you get sick while traveling, you have a responsibility to stay safe and protect others.
