We welcome you when you arrive at the international airport of Lima, the reception is in charge of our staff for your transfer to the Hotel and in the afternoon you will have free time to rest and prepare for the next adventures in the two most famous regions of Peru. route of the andes

After breakfast ready to tour the city of kings, a large metropolis full of history and cultural heritage. MAGICAL WATER CIRCUIT

More adventures, we board our flight to the white city. Welcome to Arequipa! Upon arrival, you will be assisted at the airport by our representatives and then, you will be transferred to your hotel. At the agreed time we will start our tour in the Plaza de Armas, surrounded by the most representative buildings in the city. Then, we will visit the Church of The Company of Jesus, an important testimony of religious architecture and the use of ashlar for its construction.

YANAHUARA

We will continue through the typical Yanahuara district, where we will know its famous viewpoint, from where we will have an impressive view of the Misti, Chachani and Pichu Pichu volcanoes and, from the same city of Arequipa. From here, you can take amazing photos! We will go to the Monastery of Santa Catalina, which was founded in 1580 and where we will appreciate: the cloisters, its picturesque streets and squares, which have remained intact over time. In addition, we will learn about the lifestyle of the nuns that inhabited the place. route of the andes

After breakfast, our tour starts early in the morning and we will go to the Colca Canyon, the journey crosses the slopes of the Chachani, crossing the national reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca populated by wild vicunas and dotted with shepherd villages this place has a Magnificent panorama of huge snow-capped volcanoes such as Ampato (6,400M) and Huallca Huallca (6,025M).

We will pass through the “Mirador de los Volcanes” to (4,800M) to reach Chivay; We will have the rest of the afternoon free to enjoy the facilities offered by the hotel or take the optional visit to the hot springs of La Calera. route of the andes

This will be a magnificent day, very early in the morning we will go to the viewpoint of the Cruz del Condor, where you can usually see the largest birds flying in the world, the condors that with their majestic flight will give us a show unforgettable. This place also offers us a magnificent view of the Canyon that in the morning hours looks spectacular when the first rays of the morning sun paint this beautiful valley. Continuing with our path, on the way we can enjoy unbeatable views of the snowy area, beautiful and unforgettable landscapes and some towns such as Yanque, Achoma and Maca, these towns have not changed much since the time of the Incas. This day we will visit Lake Titicaca and its islands by boat, the excursion begins with the floating islands of the Uros, famous for its unique way of life, in this Aymara town they build their houses on large totora rafts and moored by stakes that do not allow that the islands drift, the people who inhabit these islands live from fishing, crafts, hunting and collecting eggs that are sold in the city of Puno.

AMANTANI ISLAND

The tour continues to the island of Amantani, In the place we can make a small walk along the paths of the island. There we can also climb to Pachatata (4,200M) and from this place we will have spectacular views of the Cordillera Real de Perú -Bolivia and all the natural surroundings of Lake Titicaca and if time permits we will see the sunset over the lake and mountains surrounding. TThe next day from the island of Amantani we will leave for Taquile, this island is covered with terraced crops in the style of the Incas, its inhabitants live in a traditional way, a kind of communism where the property is private but the work is collective; Some 300 people work in the community one day for them and others for the community.

TAQUILE ISLAND

The life of Taquile is self-sustaining is lived in relation to the Inca principles of “not stealing, not lying, and not being idle” customs that have maintained for centuries. The upper part of this Island has beautiful views of the lake, the bay of Puno, Bolivia (Cordillera Real), and the Altiplano will be a reward for efforts to get there. You will leave the station to start the bus trip to Cusco, the first stop will be La Raya, the highest point on the road between Cusco and Puno, from where you will have excellent photographic views. Already in the famous capital of the Incas, after a rich breakfast. We begin with the tour of the city, the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, which has paintings of the Cuzqueña school and many treasures of jewelry, silver and precious stones, then we go to the convent of Santo Domingo, Temple of the Sun or Q’oricancha .

QENQO AND SACSAYHUAMAN

The excursion continues outside the city to visit the Inca complexes of Q’enqo and the impressive Fortress of Sacsayhuamán, strategically built on the top overlooking the city of Cusco. The huge stones on the exterior walls of the complex were carved and joined with precision in a surprising way. Some of these stones exceed 09 feet / 10 height and weigh more than 120 tons. Today we will travel to the mythical “Sacred Valley of the Incas” to the discovery of the archaeological center of Pisac, then descend to the town to visit the traditional market, where we will have the opportunity the customs of the artisans; then we will have a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba with all the local inputs of the sacred valley to continue with courage towards the fortress of Ollantaytambo.

OLLANTAYTAMBO

Place built to monitor the entrance to this part of the valley and protect it from possible invasions of the indigenous peoples of the Forest . We take a walk through the streets of the town that have preserved the traces of the old military, religious and cultural center, since the time of the Inca Empire. Once in Aguas Calientes, we will begin the ascent towards the citadel, where you will undoubtedly have one of the most unforgettable experiences of your life! When we arrive in Machupicchu, you will be able to know all the history that surrounds this mysterious place, where you can take impressive photos. At the agreed time, we will descend to the town of Aguas Calientes, for free time. ABOUT THE PROGRAM

  • ACCOMMODATION: 3 * and 4 * local hotels, are comfortable, clean rooms with private bathroom, hot water, heating and extras (According to your selection). In Peru, hotel standards are different from what you may know.
  • MEALS: For more freedom during your trip, only some meals are included in this program.
  • TRANSPORTATION: The transports provided in our program are private and shared according to the selection of the services, but the services (Train, bus to Machupicchu, boats and flights) will be shared with other travelers. The departure points of the trains are according to availability.
  • GUIDE: You will be accompanied by a different local guide in each region visited, given the specifications. Trips on (Train and internal flights) are not accompanied by the guide unless requested.
  • To climb the mountain of Huayna Picchu or Machupicchu mountain, there is a limit of spaces per day, it is recommended to check availability with us and book in advance.
