Itinerary

DAY 1: CUSCO – MOLLEPATA – SORAYPAMPA – HUMANTAY LAGOON

DAY 2: SORAYPAMPA – SALKANTAY PASS – CHAULLAY

DAY 3: CHAULLAY – LA PLAYA – SANTA TERESA – HOT SPRINGS

DAY 4: SANTA TERESA – HYDROELECTRIC – AGUAS CALIENTES

DAY 5: AGUAS CALIENTES / MACHU PICCHU TO CUSCO

The magical day arrived, we woke up early and after breakfast we had the option of walking or we will take the bus to Machupicchu, we will make a 30-minute trip to the citadel of Machu Picchu and appreciate the majestic sunrise. We will have a guided tour of 2 hours and 30 minutes to know the most important places of Machupicchu, you can visit the most impressive places like the Royal Mausoleum, the temple of the 3 windows, the main temple, the Sacred Plaza, the famous Intihuatana where the wise Incas tied to the sun in the winter solstice in June, stairways, squares, fountains, etc.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

  • To climb the mountain of Huayna Picchu or Machupicchu mountain, there is a limit of spaces per day, it is recommended to check availability with us and book in advance.
  • The pick-up, arrival and train schedules are referential, this will depend on the availability of the train company.
  • We always do our best to follow the fixed itinerary, however it may change from time to time based on temporary weather and park restrictions, availability, weather, road closures, guest / injury capacity and natural events such as fires and floods.
